High-Gloss White Commercial Floor
The brightest floor we install — and the most demanding to prepare properly.

What you're looking at
A white floor at this gloss level is the hardest finish to execute well, because there is nothing to hide behind. Every roller mark, every substrate ripple and every speck of contamination reads. It is also transformative in a large space: the floor becomes a second light source, and rooms of this size routinely need less artificial lighting afterwards.
That brightness is why it turns up in food production, labs, clean assembly and showroom back-of-house — anywhere seeing clearly matters and anywhere a floor needs to be visibly, provably clean. The maintenance trade is real: white shows dirt sooner than any other color, which is exactly why the sectors that choose it do so on purpose.
How the system is built
- 1Slab ground flat and vacuumed obsessively — white shows everything
- 2Moisture tested; primed where the reading calls for it
- 3High-build pigmented epoxy, applied in controlled passes
- 4Clear topcoat, slip-rated to the space's safety requirement
Where it suits
- Food production and prep
- Labs and clean assembly
- Warehouse and showroom back-of-house
- Large low-light spaces

Before you choose this finish
It shows dirt sooner than any other color — but that is often the reason it is chosen. In food production, labs and clean assembly, a floor that visibly shows contamination is a feature, not a flaw. For a space where the priority is looking tidy with minimum upkeep, a mid-tone gray or a flake blend is the more forgiving specification.
