A typical 2-car garage (about 400 sq ft) lands between $1,200 and $3,200 including surface preparation. Quotes are always free and itemized.
A professionally installed epoxy floor typically lasts 15–20 years in a residential garage, and our lifetime warranty covers peeling and delamination for as long as you own the home. The difference-maker is preparation: we diamond-grind every floor so the coating bonds to the concrete itself.
Most residential garages are a 2–3 day project: grinding and repair, base coat and flake, then topcoat. You can walk on the floor after about 24 hours and drive on it after 72. Fast-cure polyaspartic systems can cut that timeline roughly in half.
Box-store kits are thin, water-based coatings rolled over unprepped concrete — which is why they peel in a season or two, usually starting where hot tires sit. We diamond-grind the slab, repair cracks, and install 100% solids epoxy with a hot-tire-rated topcoat. It's a different product and a different result, and it's why we can offer a lifetime adhesion warranty.
Yes — garages, basements, and interior commercial floors install year-round. We condition the space and choose systems rated for the slab temperature, so a January install cures just as hard as a July one. Winter is actually our favorite season to get garages ready before spring.
